¨          Requested and collected resource provided schedule updates for synchronization into the Primavera P6 database.

2011 – 2012 Program Manager- Partnered with the RGB Group Consultants and provided business services to Teleflex Medical OEM in Kenosha, WI.                                                                                          

¨          Developed Program Charter and Goals, Program Plan including Risk Management Plan, Program Schedule and Resources, and Operations Plan for Project Hardy; comprised of a plant closure, equipment relocation, and creation of a new 45,279 SF medical device manufacturing facility.

¨          Managed processes and project teams to successfully move $4MM of metal working machinery and periphery equipment from Lancaster, PA to Pleasant Prairie, WI within pre-determined schedule and agreed budgets within 45 days

¨          Directed and represented owner to successfully complete a $1.68MM facility infrastructure build-out within 75 days of approval, under budget and meeting the original time-constrained schedule.

¨          Provided Project Management focus and leadership to project teams in Operations, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Facilities & EHS, Information Technology, and Customer Care.
